Widerrufsbelehrung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2.1\u00a0Widerrufsrecht: Sie k\u00f6nnen Ihre Vertragserkl\u00e4rung innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden in Textform (z. B. Brief, Fax, E-Mail). Sie k\u00f6nnen daf\u00fcr das beigef\u00fcgte Muster-Widerrufsformulas verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist. Die Frist beginnt nach Erhalt dieser Belehrung in Textform, jedoch nicht vor Eingang der Ware beim Empf\u00e4nger (bei der wiederkehrenden Lieferung gleichartiger Waren nicht vor Eingang der ersten Teillieferung) und auch nicht vor Erf\u00fcllung unserer Informationspflichten gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 246 \u00a7 2 in Verbindung mit \u00a7 1 Abs. 1 und 2 EGBGB sowie unserer Pflichten gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in Verbindung mit Artikel 246 \u00a7 3 EGBGB. B. Zinsen) herauszugeben. K\u00f6nnen Sie uns die empfangene Leistung ganz oder teilweise nicht oder nur in verschlechtertem Zustand zur\u00fcckgew\u00e4hren, m\u00fcssen Sie uns insoweit ggf. Wertersatz leisten. Paketversandf\u00e4hige Sachen sind auf unsere Gefahr zur\u00fcckzusenden. Sie haben die Kosten der R\u00fccksendung zu tragen. Nicht paketversandf\u00e4hige Sachen werden bei Ihnen abgeholt. Verpflichtungen zur Erstattung von Zahlungen m\u00fcssen innerhalb von 14 Tagen erf\u00fcllt werden. Die Frist beginnt f\u00fcr Sie mit der Absendung Ihrer Widerrufserkl\u00e4rung, f\u00fcr uns mit deren Empfang.<br \/>\n<em>Ende der Widerrufsbelehrung<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2.3.\u00a0Wenn Sie von Ihrem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen wollen, bitte ich vor R\u00fccksendung um Benachrichtigung. Bitte schicken Sie mir die Ware nicht unfrei. Bei gesetzlich begr\u00fcndeten Anspr\u00fcchen erstatte ich Ihnen die R\u00fccksendekosten im voraus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Zahlungsverzug<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3.1 S\u00e4umigen Zahlern berechnen wir nach 4 Wochen 10% Verzugszinsen und eine Mahngeb\u00fchr von 3 EURO. Die 1. Mahnung erfolgt per e-mail, die 2. Mahnung per Brief, danach \u00fcbernimmt ein Inkasso-B\u00fcro die gerichtliche Eintreibung. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen weiter Kosten f\u00fcr den Schuldner entstehen.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 Bis zur vollst\u00e4ndigen Bezahlung bleibt die Ware nach \u00a7 455 BGB Eigentum des Absenders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Datenschutz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4.1 Alle personenbezogenen Daten werden grunds\u00e4tzlich nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen behandelt. Die f\u00fcr die gesch\u00e4ftliche Abwicklung notwendigen Daten werden bei mir im Haus gespeichert und nur im Schuldnerfall an andere Dienstleistungsunternehmen (Inkassob\u00fcro, Schufa, Polizei- und Justizbeh\u00f6rden) weitergegeben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Gew\u00e4hrleistung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5.1 Die Anspr\u00fcche des Kunden bei M\u00e4ngeln richten sich nach den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen innerhalb der gesetzlichen Fristen, soweit sich nicht durch nachstehende Regelungen Abweichungen ergeben. Die gesetzliche Gew\u00e4hrleistungsfrist betr\u00e4gt derzeit zwei Jahre.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 Sch\u00e4den, die durch unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfe oder vertragswidrige Ma\u00dfnahmen des Kunden, bei Anschluss, Bedienung oder Lagerung hervorgerufen werden, begr\u00fcnden keinen Anspruch auf Gew\u00e4hrleistung. Die Unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfheit und Vertragswidrigkeit bestimmt sich insbesondere nach den Angaben des Herstellers.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 Ist der Kunde Unternehmer und erfolgt die bestellte Leistung f\u00fcr seinen Gewerbebetrieb, so verj\u00e4hren seine Anspr\u00fcche bei M\u00e4ngeln mit Ablauf von einem Jahr ab Erhalt der Ware.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Salvatorische Klausel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>6.1 Sollten eine oder mehrere der oben angef\u00fchrten Regelungen unwirksam sein oder werden, wird davon die G\u00fcltigkeit der \u00fcbrigen Bestimmungen nicht betroffen.
